Requirements and search: Following the decision to engage a buyers agent and after interviews we were more than comfortable with our choice of Elaine and are very comfortable to provide any verbal references required.

Outcome: As it turned out, the research, agent relationships and legwork that Elaine undertook enabled the identification of a great off-market opportunity if we moved fast. With some good speedy advice, due diligence and some clever negotiation and buying tactics the “forever” house was ours!! Within a year, very comparable sales, in the same street sold for 30-40% over the property we secured, showing the opportunity, advice and pace to get the deal done with Elaine was very valuable.
